Can the fan speed be adjusted on this power supply?

Default - Zero RPM mode - no fan for low to mod. loads. Yes - you can with the ICUE, which allows you to manually set how the fan responds to temperature and load. Using the USB-C to USB connection, it gives you real type data on everything. It is an amazing PSU...IMO.
