so yes, it will fit in your laptop. your system will only run the memory at 2400MHz speed, but it will run just fine. you might be able to save some $$$ if you find memory at 2400 MHz speed instead of 3000MHz.

Windows ten will support 32 gig. What you need to find out is what your mother board will support. I used to run mai boards and their tech support should be able to help you with that.

Is this single or dual ranked RAM? Some laptops will not work with dual ranked RAM.
