Yes I have this exact same mobo and ram package and it works great together with no issues. If you want that much ram definitely get the 4 stick package as they are tested to make sure of compatibility and that you get all the ram as advertised. I put a MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4080 16GB GDDR6X PCI Express 4.0 Video Card RTX 4080 16GB VENTUS 3X OC too and everything runs fast n smooth
