Cougar BXM850 power supply
Solid Builds. Extreme Qualities
BXM is a high-reliability PSU with 80 Plus Bronze efficiency certification. Its DC-DC structure plus durable HDB fan provides stable voltage output and smother cooling. And semi-modular cable design helps you create a neat build with less cable clutter. BXM is the best value choice.
Efficiency
Surpasses 80 Plus Bronze efficiency power requirements to minimize your electricity bill
Ventilation System
A key component of BXM is its 135mm HDB fan. The advanced fan’s blade curvature has been fine-tuned to reduce vibration, helping you enjoy a quieter gaming experience.
Highly durable and consistently reliable hydraulic bearing fan
COUGAR 135mm HDB fan achieves the best balance between RPM and noise
COUGAR Xformer + Stable Performance
COUGAR Xformer: This high-frequency transformer reduces copper loss and adapts to rising temperatures, while its PQ-Type core further increases efficiency and reliability while keeping the temperature under control.
Tight voltage regulation for ultra-stable operation
Continuous and flawless power delivery at 40°C
Assigned Japanese Components
The 105ºC Japanese standby capacitor will keep providing stable power output for a long time.

Solid Protection
UVP (Under Voltage Protection)
If the voltages fall below a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU will automatically switch off.
OCP (Overcurrent Protection)
If the current on a single line is higher than indicated, the PSU will automatically switch off.
SCP (Short-Circuit Protection)
In the case of a short-circuit, this feature prevents damage to the core components of the PSU and your system components.
OVP (Over Voltage Protection)
If voltages increase above a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU will automatically switch off.
OTP (Over Temperature Protection)
If the temperature gets too high, the PSU will automatically switch off.
OPP (Over Power Protection)
If the system is oversized and requires more power from the PSU than it can provide, this protection function will be activated.
