A:Our Air Tracker Tags use a CR032 battery, providing a battery life of up to 1.5 years. They are also very easy to replace—simply locate the notch on the side, pry open the back cover, and replace the battery.

A:The product itself does not make any sound automatically. It will only play a sound when it is within Bluetooth range and you tap “Play a Sound.” Under normal circumstances, it remains in silent mode.
