Will in work in Windows 10?

Unfortunately, it is incompatible with windows 10 and will not be recognized. It also uses the old pci interface, which can pose a problem I you have a newer computer with pcie slots on the motherboard. I recommend doing some heavy research prior to purchasing a sound card, luckily many forums will have the information you need.

is there a midi --not for joystick?

No midi on this one, only 7.1 auxiliary and digital outputs. Also, a forewarning, this is a PCI card, not the newer PCIe. If you have a newer PC, it's best to get a newer version of this card.

Question 5

Where can I find the audio control program for this product (i.e. like the realtek audio manager)? The creative website does not list anything for this model.

Creative is not known for its software support.  I am currently using Daniel Kawakami's versions.  Creative may not like the fact that this guy does a better job of supporting its products than the company does, but consumers want the products they buy to actually work.
