Creative MuVo White 2GB MP3 Player V 100

Pros: I purchased this for my husband for an anniversary gift and he LOVES it! The MP3 player he had before would only hold 2 cds total and now he is putting all sorts of books & music on it. It's small and compact and the perfect size for him to use while he works (cleaning windows). He doesn't have to physically look at it when he uses it! He loves it!!!

Cons: He didn't really like the headphones that come with it, he's using some that he had previously.

Pros: Large storage size foe a such a small unit, AAA battery.

Cons: THis unit is NOT USB2, takes 17 minutes to transfer 528 megs, as compared to less than 5 minutes for USB2

Pros: Great sound.

Cons: The menu structure is horrible -- it's like it was designed by a government committee. Totally unintuitive. I can understand why people opt for pods. Can't format; you're stuck with "Library A", "Library B", etc. folders.

Pros: I got the 512 TX FM christmas 2005 and love it so much I bought this for my girlfriend for christmas 2006, mine still works great and i use it every day, I foud that I don't use the fm function so this is a nice down and dirty large capacity portable flash mp3 player for a price you can't beat, see other thoughts for more pros

Cons: no clip, my tx/fm has a little clip and came with an armband, I like to clip it to my pocket, limited accessories, standard battery, no plug in for AC power, (buy rechargeables)

Overall Review: I don't like to give 5 stars but this is pretty close. I love the controls on these and I can drive down the street with a standard transmision and change songs or albums with a flick of my finger without looking at the display, the details above I hope will all be worked out with time, there are 16g USB flash drives out now so I would assume we could be getting larger portable flash mp3 players (I can only hope, because I want one when my txfm dies) NEW EGG ROCKS

Pros: Great mp3 player! Had a previous 1GB model that I loved. Ended up in the washing machine and still works! Figured it was time for an upgrade though. I loved the ability to plug it in a computer like a thumb/flash drive and wanted that same functionality. Plus I wanted to stick with Creative because their OS was simple and it didn't require proprietary software or conversions (COUGH ipod COUGH!) Excuse me, had a Mac I mean tickle in my throat. This player fit the bill in those categories. Going from 1GB to 2GB is a bigger jump than you'd expect. Who the h*ll is going to listen to that much music in one sitting anyway. I'm not trying to carry my whole friggin collection with me.

Cons: The player takes a little longer to come up than the older one, but I can deal with it.

Pros: I bought this for my son and daughter both work fine great audio range.The main reason i am writing about this is my sons muvo went threw both the washer and dryer and headphones were trashed replaced the battery and it works fine it blew me away.

Overall Review: double aa battery would be great longer batt life

Pros: Like most Creative products, this player offers superior sound quality compared to most competitors. Came with nice earbuds (both jack and port were gold plated). Customizable EQ 2 GB Very small. About the same size as a Zippo. Maybe a little smaller. Lasts 18+ Hours on AAA Loud enough that other people can tell what I am listening to.

Cons: Orgizational features are limited (you can sort music into four seperate folders, and shuffle. That is about it. Picking specific tracks is a tedious process).

Overall Review: Overall excellent product. The sorting features could have been better, but in such a compact frame it would probably be very difficult to do. Creative did a good job with this player and I am still a fan.

Pros: Simple to use. Easily organized music. $15 more than the 1GB model (after rebate). Menus mostly user friendly.

Cons: Slow transfer rate when moving songs from computer or using as a portable hard drive. Might not work well with rechargeable batteries. Had the same thing 1GB model and put in recharged battery and it popped,superheated,and melted the player. Cheap batteries that came from a walkie talkie, so not Creative's fault. Just use normal batteries!
