will this work with a SSD 2.5" such as N82E16820167224? without any extra stuff?

The question was will it work without extra stuff. The answer is YES.  There are holes in the carrier in the right place.  No extra stuff.  The carrier can holed either 3.5 inch or 2.5 inch drives easily.  Why such complicated answers?  I have this product and have used it many times with both sizes of drives.

Question 2

Does this product have both the "frame" that you install in the PC and the carrier that you put the HDD in?  Just trying to figure out if this is all I need, or if there are more parts to buy.

No, this is just the carrier, the portable case you put the hard drive into.

Question 6

This photo depicts a carrier and the locking frame, or receiver that the carrier mates with.  Does this product come with the locking frame, as pictured?   If not, I need a replacement frame, as the key switch is giving me intermittent problems with locking and unlocking.  I temporarily got the key switch working better with a quick blast of an oil-based aerosol furniture product (Pledge), but I realize this fix is only temporary and I need to replace the frame with the attached tubular lock.
