Can I use this module with a NUC5i3RYH?  The NUC states 16 GB maximum supported memory.  It has two DIMMs, so I'm sure it will support 2x8, but what about 1x16?  Anybody know?

According to an article about these 16GB SODIMMs from 3/12/2015 on PCWorld's website, one of their editors got 2x16GB SODIMMs to work in a similar NUC, the NUC5i5RYK.

Yours is also running a Broadwell CPU, so it should work in theory. I'd buy two sticks and give it a try.

I have a Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1 Special Edition with 8GB ram in one slot and the other slot is empty. If I add this, will I have 24 GB in total?

Looking over the processor model and physical specs it should (unofficially) give you 24GB based on what I've tested with.

That being said it will work but I'd recommend either getting 2x16GB or 2x8GB (of the same model as your existing DIMM). Same size because it'll run dual channeled for twice the throughput and same model because the timings are sure to match.

I installed this 16GB memory module in an Inspiron 7347, replacing the 8GB ram.  It works great.  I did upgrade the BIOS, which I think is necessary to recognize the 16GB.
