Overall Review: Had to manually set the memory to 1600 which seems to be the general thing with most ddr3 1600 memory, this wasn't really a con as it was easy to do... Other than that, the heat spreaders that are there are pretty large and caused my heatsink I was using to not fit, however this was a great excuse to go ahead and buy the CORSAIR CWCH50... couldn't be happier

Pros: 4GB gave me = Windows Experience 7.5, wow

Pros: I really was surprised at the quality of these sticks. The set I have runs at 1.5v at 1333 with no problem, at 7-7-7-20 timings. After playing around with overclocking, at the stock 1.65v, these babies were stable at 1866 speeds, with the default 8-8-8-24 timings.

Cons: They tend to get rather hot when overclocked way beyond factory specs, but not really a con, seeing as they aren't even stated to run that high.

Overall Review: These chips run cool and stable even when undervolted slightly. They feel solid and well made. The heatsinks are pretty tall, and may interfere with some more advanced heatsink setups.

Pros: Inexpensive, great heat spreader. Monitors temperature.

Cons: Not stable at the advertised 1600mhz even with more lax timings. Heat spreader is tall, make sure you have room.

Overall Review: Only buy when cheap. Mine is finally stable with 1.66v@1440mhz 8-8-8-24. Some people here may not realize you have to explicitly set the voltage from the default (1.5v) to 1.65v with most motherboards. I actually recommend going a bit over... the excessive heat spreaders connote the fact you probably should.

Pros: Well purchased 2 sets for 70 dollars great price. Currently running 6gbs on bloodrage. @ 1.65 volts it will do 7-7-7-20 2t I also had them running @ 1t have not seen instabilty in thhem yet. Also overclocked to 2005 mhz @ 8-8-8-24 2t

Cons: Have not had issues with them must be lucky

Pros: Actually runs at the rated XMP speeds on an AMD system. The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P. Set RAM voltage to 1.68v, and then 8-8-8-24-30, 2T. DONE. Running Prime95 Blend doesn't even make it hiccup. Beats the bleep out of the Ocarina 8-8-8-24 Gold 1600 that refused to ever go beyond 1333 on this system. Feh... Oh yeah - cute to have a widget that shows each stick's temperature.

Cons: Defaulted to something like 11-11-11-40 at 1600 on auto. Quite willing to blame AMD for that, though... Only bought one pkg during the shell shocker sale... Had to move the fan to the other side of the Cooler Master 212Plus, to make room for the RAM heat sinks.

Overall Review: FWIW, for all the naysayers that it won't do 1T at all, the 1333 auto settings came up 1T, and it handled Prime95 Blend just fine that way. Don't feel like pushing farther than the settings listed above - too lazy to reset BIOS right now!
