Would this ram work with a Intel i7 6700 Skylake processor?

It depends more on the motherboard than the processor. Any good motherboard will have a list of compatible RAM types that you can use to compare.

I need to increase RAM on my Dell PC. How do I know what RAM it will accept? It currently came with 4 GB and is a 64-bit Operating System and is Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60Hz. Yes, I know it's an older PC but we don't use it for gaming, programs other than what's on the standard operating system. We mostly use it for internet access.

Go to Crucial dot com and you can chose to input the info yourself or allow Crucial to do a scan, the scan is safe and fast, it does require a download of the software for the scan, again that too is safe. From there it will tell you exactly what your PC has the type of ram it has, what the maximum amount of ram, what type and where to find it. It's very handy and safe

will this work with GIGABYTE GA-AM1M-S2H AM1 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard?

I can't speak from personal experience, but comparing specs they look like they should be compatible.

It is computer memory. I suggest you Google DDR3 1600 to learn more.
