Would these be compatible with x570-F and 3700x/3900x ? Not on QVL.

It probably depends on your motherboard. I'm using this with an Asus Rog Strix x570-I. They work perfectly with xmp but are micron E-Die and overclock well. Been running them for 3-4 months and they're solid.

QVL doesn't mean much. I am running 4 sticks of the 8GB variety at 3600 CL16 XMP without issue. Passes memtest 4 passes. This is on an Asrock x570 Taichi motherboards with a 5900x. The RAM (atleast mine) is micron E die which is really really good.

What is the complete timing spec?
