No. The 8 nodes rotate in fixed positions and do not travel on a track. Move or flip the pillow to focus on the neck, shoulders, upper back or lower back.
How can I make the massage gentler or firmer?
For a gentler feel, attach the soft flap, choose a slower speed and sit more upright. For firmer contact, remove the flap and lean back gradually.
How should I position it for the neck and back?
Place it upright behind the mid or lower back. Turn it upside down and adjust the height for the neck, shoulders or upper back. Fit varies by torso length and chair shape, so position it before adding pressure.
How warm does the heat feel?
Choose Low, Medium or High warmth. Allow about 3 minutes to feel warmth. Warmth varies with room temperature, clothing and sensitivity.
What power adapter is included?
The package includes a 100–240V wall adapter. A 12V car adapter is not included and the massager should not be used while driving.
