Overall Review: Used it in Olympus PEN Camera during a 1 week mountaineering trip where temps reached -35C. Card did not fail and the limited shots and 720P HD video that I was able to take (because it was usually too cold to think about pictures or the lens had too much ice on it) were still on card when when we returned. So far, so good.

Pros: It works, and can access it from Android App.

Cons: Interface seriously flawed, no firmware updates, so this hardware is now very long in the tooth.

Overall Review: Had this for almost a year and it sits on our front porch capturing motion on the steps. After fighting with the software for days I gave up and run it through Webcam XP. Now that the refurb units of these are on special with free ship so I thought about it and decided not worth it, the Rosewill 12001 was just on sale for only $9.00 more, and has better interface and is wireless as well.

Pros: Decent customer service

Cons: Poor dynamic range, rubber ear tips always gone missing.

Overall Review: Every few weeks I find one of my earpieces has parted company with the rubber tips. Customer support was nice enough to send me a new set free free with the advice to take keep a better eye on them when stowing them. Well, the bottom line is that they are way too 'high maintenance' for my life style and there is no way I can baby them to the extent they need. And all the hype on their website about how great they sound confuses me, I have had three different MEE models now and none of them sound much different than the clone earbuds you get from Hong Kong for much less money.

Overall Review: Update: In the end the total turnaround for the RMA was about a month. They sent me a new unit which has been running for a week without shutting it off. I never did get a MIR form by the way. Have not checked video performance yet to see if the shearing has been corrected with the new unit.

Pros: RMA was quick for approval. Support forum was also responsive and helpful. Do not have to pay for an OS. Can configure with your own drive. Small size. Does not have a horrendous ATI video chipset, and has HDMI out. Has USB 3 and BT as standard. Very portable, good price.

Cons: Needed an RMA after 3 months. Runs hot (probably can't do much about that other than engineer the cooling ports a bit better). Died after only 3 months. Does not support dual display. Needs a 19V PS.

Overall Review: Configured with SSD and 4GB RAM. Video pixel shearing and stutter even on SD files in WMP, XBMC, and VLC. Completly died after 3 months. After sending in RMA, it took almost 3 weeks before they sent ACK that RMA was received at warehouse. At time of writing this, min turnaround will run to 2 months. As evidenced by other reviews, it would seem that this item is simply not reliably built and prone to failure very soon after purchase, making you liable to a less than desireable RMA procedure.

Overall Review: You can just make out if the is a life form in the field of view during the day. At night you need to make sure it is looking at a source that enjoys active lighting, it cannot focus well in dim light. FOr that matter it does not do well in bright light. I'm looking at my car in the driveway after a fresh snowfall. The only way I can define my car from the white expanse of snow is the black roof rack sticking up above the snow, and the black tires. You can never get it to keep the correct date, and always resets itself to 2007. You need to use third party monitoring software (I use Webcam XP), forget about the primitive buggy software that comes with it. So for the price, you could get about 4 USB Webcams, plug them into a USB Hub and run them with thrid party software. THis camera is worth about $25.00 period, and that would be with free shipping.
