COUGAR CF-V12HP Vortex Hydro-Dynamic-Bearing (Fluid) 300,000 Hours 12CM Silent Cooling Fan with Pulse Width Modulation

Pros: -High CFM, low noise. The amount of air these push and how quiet they are is pretty awesome.

-I have two in a push-pull on my processor heat sink plugged into the four pin (with a splitter obviously) and the PWM works great.

-Lowered average CPU temperature vs stock heatsink fans.

-I have used these for a year now with no issues.

Cons: My only complaint is that the fans make a funny noise when in an updraft position. I have tried all 6 fans that I purchased and all of them make the same noise. It really isn't that big of a deal and the noise is almost unnoticeable, but I deduct an egg for it.

Other Thoughts: Overall, very nice fans. The orange looks really neat in my all black case too.

Pros: -Good for basic computing and light use.
-No problems of almost a year of daily use.
-Good for what it is.

Cons: -Bloatware, lots of bloatware. I guess it has to be expected buying pre-manufactured computers, such as this; however, I deduct and egg for it.
-It can't run Crysis or make breakfast

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my mom as a birthday present. It's pretty decent for what it is and what she uses it for. Basic computing, internet browsing, youtube etc. It's been reliable so far for almost a year, and she leaves it running all day so it's seen many hours of use.

You'll have to go through and clean it of all of the pre-installed junk when you buy it, though.

TP-LINK TL-WR841ND Wireless N300 Home Router, 300Mbps, IP QoS, WPS Button, 2 detachable antennas

Pros: -Covers my whole apartment with a full strength signal.
-No connection drops experienced
-Capabilities are good for the price
-The directions, if you really needed them, are nicely explained and it comes with a nice installation program.

Cons: -Only 300Mbps total bandwidth, but for the price it's nothing to take an egg off for.
-No problems after almost a year of use.

Other Thoughts: I bought this in 2011 during the black friday sale for cheap. I got this to go along with a laptop. Normally, I'd have bought something with higher bandwidth capabilities, but it's only one laptop and lightly used and I keep my computer hardwired so it's not that big of a deal.

I'd say it's good for what it is and decent for the price.
