Works!

Pros: I got these IEMs for free with a monitor I puchased so I did no "reading" or research on quality IEMs. But when I got these they came in a nice little pouch for good storage, nice unexpected bonus. They fit well in my hears and the sound is fine... but I'm not audiophile. Given I paid $0 for them, I'm pretty happy.
Cons: 1. The soft-rubber in-ear piece kind flips inside out when I take them out. Probably because I put them in too hard or something. Not a huge deal though. 2. The wire feels cheap, which means, I don't know how long they will last me. The wire is kind of short too: Good for phone (i.e. pocket) to head distances, less good for desktop to head distances.
Dead Weight

Pros: Very good picture quality, especially at the price.
Cons: A bizzare, green flickering wave began to appear on the right side of the screen and extends about 10-20% of the screen into the center. It's pretty annoying and it's getting worse. Pretty disappointing as I'll have to RMA this and pay a lot for the shipping. Lets see how this RMA process goes!

Pros: The box it came in was completely unlabelled. I opened it, and apart from bubble wrap and an ESD bag, the only thing was the hard drive. No manual, no random swag, or useless DVDs. Perfect packaging. Plugged it in, worked without issue.
Cons: I had to go into my motherboard's manual to see how to plug the power in correctly. It has more plugs than I need so I wasn't sure which to use. A small, one sheet diagram of basic SATA/Power connections would have been useful in the box.
