A few quirks, but good card.

Pros: - Tops out at 70C over extended period of max load, usually reaches only 67C while gaming. - Runs Overwatch and Starcraft 2 at maximum settings at 4k, never dropping below 60fps. - Unigine Valley benchmark at 4k holds steady just above 30fps with everything maxed out. 50fps + with anti-aliasing off. - Utility allows custom fan setting and RGB light control (more on this below) - Very quiet, though it is the loudest item in my build under full load. - Pretty back plate - 8GB of memory is nice for GPU accelerated machine learning.
Cons: - The first one I ordered had extremely loud coil whine. My RMA replacement still has some whine, but I don't notice it when the case is closed up and running. Newegg was of course cooperative with the RMA process. - When the card dips below 50C, only one of the three fans shuts down like it is supposed to, and the other two are held at a voltage that causes them to spin intermittently. I don't think this is a real cause for concern, but does indicate a quality issue that Gigabyte should fix (you can find other users with this issue on Youtube). I used their "Extreme gaming engine" utility to set a custom fan profile that instead of shutting them down at 50C, it just holds them at 30%.
Nice Case! But....

Pros: Great case, good layout, lots of room for additional fans. Nice hard drive bays, easily removed White looks great, (not that horrible off-white from the 90's) no paint chipping problems. lots of extra fan spots removable bottom filter is a fantastic idea, now if ONLY they had one on the front instead of the top(which is usually used for exhaust) Initial setup was intake on all sides except the rear for high pressure, but the mesh on the side tends to leak all that pressure. second try was switching the top to for exhaust (so the nice dust filter up there became pointless), and this seemed to work fairly well. sticking with it for now. NOTE these corsair fans are a proprietary connector type, the wires are for fan power, led power, shared ground connector. using them outside this case, or using other LED fans inside the case, will require some rewiring, not a big deal since i was sleeving cables anyways. collects dust like crazy in my apartment, lots of air moving thro
Cons: the rebate is shenanigans, according to them i did not put a UPC in the envelope, which i did, and consequently NO LONGER have. Never got my rebate, they responded with " im sorry, that offers expired now anyways." a $30 rebate is a silly thing to loose a customer over. 2 stars, because no matter how well the designers and engineers perform, the business department's can always ruin a great product.
Display Port completely dead after 15 months.

Pros: Great color calibration, affordable.
Cons: As others have warned about, this monitor's display port input just gives out, rendering the port completely unusable.
Overall Review: It was affordable, good color and resolution. and since it has an HDMI port it's still usable.
Adequate 5.1 budget option.

Pros: - easy intuitive setup - calibration process is interesting, but I noticed no difference. - good tech specs for the price.
Cons: - requires an HDMI cable plugged into the receiver as OUTPUT to show calibration menu on screen - While intuitive, the manuals are not very good, so i can see some struggling to figure a few features out.
Update: Still using after more than 25,000 hours, May 2019.

Pros: the size of this monitor is very close to perfect. 200 bucks for excellent 1920x1080 resolution. this thing is plenty bright enough, and the menus are relatively straightforward. contrast is above average in my opinion as well.
Cons: just wish i bought the one with the webcam in it.
Overall Review: viewing angle is most excellent. i have it set up across the room from a bed which is lofted over a couch, and you can see the color perfectly fine from either height, or even the floor. horizontally is pretty good too. on an unrelated note. i had just one afternoon, where i swear it seemed like the top backlight went out for some reason, which i found odd because i had previously assumed this monitor only had one backlight, (i am still unable to find this information). however, the next day it seemed perfectly fine. perhaps i was just trippin bawls. who knows.
"Bookshelf" speakers to rival floor standing speakers.

Pros: - Excellent, clear highs and mids - Better bass than I was expecting, but clearly and understandably not as good as a dedicated sub like the polk audio PSW10 - Plenty loud enough with no perceptible distortion. - Half the price (or less) of larger floor standing options.
Cons: - These are a little big for "bookshelf" speakers. Pay attention to the dimensions, and if these are too big for your liking I can very comfortably recommend the TSi100's as a smaller alternative. Those have the same 5.25" drivers as these speakers, but only 1 instead of 2.
Overall Review: I bought these thinking that if they weren't quite powerful enough for a 2.1 system I'd eventually pick up some bigger ones for front, move these TSi200's to the rear surround positions and pick up a center channel to upgrade to a 5.1 system. For my current space and preferences these are more than sufficient, I won't likely upgrade for several years.
