Pros: Rock-solid performance and reliability. Simple install Flexible for nearly any need.

Cons: Wish there were more options on the modular cords, especially in length. Would have been nice to have one cord for Motherboard 5 and 12-volt connections AND video card connection. Cord management requires careful planning, especially for bottom-mounted cases.

Cons: Minor nitnoys only: 1. Documentation is a LITTLE skimpy. 2. The top SATA docking port uses a motherboard pinout (and doesn't specify what motherboards , and not standard SATA data or power cables: bundling a converter socket for standard SATA3 connectors, or at least offering one as a post-purchase would be nice. 3. All hardware is in one little bag. Would have been nice to have sorted it into individual bags by type. 4. HDD trays mount SSDs far back into the drive bay: would have been nice to have them mountable with connectors at the same depth as regular HDDs

Pros: Got this as a replacement tablet for college daughter. Wanted major brand, too many problems with off-brands. Works like a dream.

Cons: Minor shipping screwup, UPS couldn't find the box for 5 day, but nothing wrong with the unit. . .
