Yes...I have used this and the other colors. As long as you stick to the Okidata toner, it will not be cheap but great quality.

Is this compatible with C331dn?

Yes, it is.  This is NOT some cheap knockoff or second-hand refill.  Works right out of the box.  I spent almost $400 for my color laser printer, so I'm not going to go cheap on toner that could destroy it.

On some screens this product is the OKI 44469703 Cyan toner and on others it shows up as "Oki Data 43979001 Drum Unit 25,000 page yield for B410, B420, B430, MB460, MB470, MB480; Black"

Even happened when I added to cart.  So which is it?

When the question comes across to me, it says it is being asked about the cyan toner cartridge. Newegg indicates that I bought this item, which is true. I have never purchased nor have I ever received a drum unit, so I assume that if you add this to your cart then you will get the same item I did, a cyan toner cartridge. But as I did not experience the same problem as you, I will not say that with 100% certainty, since it is always possible something weird has changed on newegg.

Sorry for the limited help but I suspect you are ok if ordering toner.
