2.Please make sure the phone case is thinner than 5mm;
3.Reboot your devices, and charge again;
4.Please make sure there is no interference like credit card or metal.
Why dose the charger charges my device slowly?
1.Fast charging requires a QC 3.0 USB adapater, which is not included;
2.Long period time charging will active temperature control program, and the wireless charger will reduce wattage to control temperature temporarily.
