Hi, does the free DCS-932L come in a separate box?

What? Its not my job to answer your(Newegg) customer question. When did I become a customer service rep for your company?

Is there some way to record more than 4 second clips? I had mine on scheduled recording for 8 hours, and I got 4 seconds of every minute. Then I changed it to record for motion detection, and I get 4 seconds of every 10 seconds. This is not what I want. Please help!!

Try posting your question at forum dot dlink dot com and someone will probably help you, but it kind of sounds like an issue with your memory card. Maybe try a higher class?
