Is this fan-less (quiet) or does this switch make noise like their POE switches?

I haven't used mine much since I purchased two (during a generous Black Friday promotion) and my rack builds are still in progress. I don't think these switches have fan cooling units, but if I'm wrong the fans are so quiet that's it's barely noticeable.

Both. The D-Link GO-SW-16GE "Unmanaged" Switch is capable of being rack mounted with the provided rack mount brackets. The rack mount clips are solid and sturdy steel, just the same as the switch case enclosure.
