I am coming from a B650E motherboard with weaker RAM support. So far this board has been very strong and runs my DDR5 at 6200MT/s. I have not tried 2:1 mode and higher frequencies, but thanks to others who have reviewed this board, that looks like a certain possibility. The hardware on the board works well. It has a Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 for WiFi/Bluetooth. It has an ALC4080 for Audio, which notoriously had a lot of issues at launch back in 2021, but luckily I haven't had any issues so far. Despite being a tweaker, I do like to let my boards AUTO things when it's reasonable and works, and this board does a good job. My RAM's voltages are fully set by the board. It also does good with RAM drive strengths. I was also drawn back to MSI because they are clearly more aggressive and speedy with their BIOS updates. They were the first with AGESA PI-1.2.02b, weeks before everyone else. And as an AM5 and Zen 5 user, this is important. I do not want to wait 4-6 extra weeks for updates on a current platform that is taking in many users and rapidly evolving.

Great holiday pricing. Fast delivery before Christmas. I purchased a combo CPU-mobo-ram package. I've used others but find the support and quality very good from MSI for my needs.
It didnt come broken and worked right out of the box. It was part of my first ever Pc so it took some abuse and mistakes but it still functions perfectly. Very good.
This motherboard has plenty of connections, including multiple RGB headers if you are into that, and at least 2 M.2 PCI slots, one with a heatsink and one without.
Great Motherboard that is well built and very easy to work with. Plenty of M.2 slots, USB/RGB/fan connectors. Pre-installed I/O shield and One-click M.2 slots, which was a great addition. Made it very easy and quick to install. Love the aesthetic as well. The motherboard also came with a USB drive that already had all the updated drivers I needed, which really saved the day when I was booting up the pc for the first time. It saved me from needing to download and install drivers from a separate pc/USB drive. Thank you MSI!
Good bios, great m.2 installation, good gpu removal button, clean looking board
Unlike the big brother Asus x670 itx this one actually comes with useable sata plugs and gets rid of that hive b/s. Motherboard booted right away with no issues. Plenty of I/O for all cables. Stong wifi
1. The Biggest pro that I couldn't find with any other MOBO Manufacturer was the 2nd x16 slot runs at PCIE 4 x 4 from the chipset! This means that when using SSD's at PCIE x5 doesn't disable it! Read below to see why this is important. 2. It's a very well built and feature rich board! Save $200 from buying the HERO and get this! The HERO's extra PCIE x16 lane also is disabled when using SSD's. 3. ASUS Hit The Ball OUT of the Park on this one! Worth the Money 4. No issues with drivers and just use BIOS Flash Back USB when installing an X3D processor.
Easy to install and great for my first build
Easy Bios Update PCIe EZ-latch Plus M.2 EZ-Latch Plus WIFI7 With EZ-plug

- easy to setup - great for my AMD 9800X3D - great for my CL30 6000 MHZ EXPO 64 GB RAM
It works great in combination with the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, 64 gb Kingston CL30 RAM, 4 TB Crucial T500 M.2 hard drive in the first slot above the GPU slot and topped off with an Asus TUF RTX 5080 graphics card. This system is amazing, and my in game from rates have increased 4 times from my prior system.
-It does what its supposed to do. -The wifi module is already installed so you don't have to install another comonent. -Very well built. -Does its job. -Affordable for the features.
Installed CPU and memory and am up and running with no problems.
- Sturdy, quality construction - Built with overclocking in mind - Large heat sink (probably overkill) for PCIE gen 5 M.2 SSD's
7 nvme slots (5 on board + 2 with included pcie expander) Largest OC potential on the market 10gb lan port + additional 5gb port Wifi 7 receiver included 40gb USB So so many other pros (too many to list)
- Great aesthetic for an all white build - EZ Latch features make it super easy to work with - "Ultra Durable" PCIE Slot helps eliminate GPU Sag, was pleasantly surprised by this - AMD Expo worked with zero issues, even with minor tweaks - Fast boot times compared to other AM5 motherboards - 9800X3D overclocked with PBO (-25 curve, +200 clock) with no issues - Thus far very stable on F4 BIOS - Wifi 7
-Heatsyncs are heavy-duty (like really heavy-duty) -Well built -RGB isn't needed but is a nice touch -Has a cover for the m.2 which makes the ugly m.2 motherboard not be seen and cools the m.2 -Overall pretty good for the price and the availibility
