The product was shipped very securely with little chance of anything coming loose. Shipping was very fast (I had the machine within 3 days). The cable management inside was immaculate. I appreciated their included checklist (completed by a person by hand) to show the product had been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Specs are a great budget build for gaming without breaking the bank. Setup was a breeze, only needing to attach the wifi antennae and boot it up.

The GPU is a full size, triple fan version. A decent sized Case, with lots of Fans, LED lighting etc. The 2 TB NVME SSD is fast and a decent name brand. Liquid Cooled CPU is fine, Windows 11 boots up very quickly. Plays ALL of the newer demanding PC games easily. The Glass Door is well hinged and easy to open. A box of bonus parts and cables readily available. A 2nd box of screws and standoffs hidden in the 3.5" HDD sliding tray, NOT mentioned anywhere in the paperwork. The Machine comes in a VERY well packed box with lots of protective foam, pretty hard to damage it during shipping. Shipping was relatively quick, signed for at the door. The ABS support line is very helpful. a little slow responding, but gets the job done.

I was bit worried buying this, as it's my first new pc, and everyone is saying to build your own. This baby fired up right away, and took care of updates on its own. I was able to start gaming within a couple hours of unboxing. Been running Tarkov, Forza 5, and poe 2 at 60fps 1080p. No stutters, or quality drops at all, while maintaing a safe cpu load and temperature. Came with a simple mouse and keyboard, and I'm currently using the keyboard while I wait on picking up a proper gaming one. Lots of information online regarding this particular cpu and card combo, so it's been easy to research optimal settings for Nvidia and the like. All in all, extremely satisfied with my purchase. And it got delivered 3 days early, which is always great.

It came here and arrived nice and good with no problems at all, nice, safe and you get to play marvel rivals and Valorant on it very very very well and smooth game play!!! With monitors around 340 or 250 with refresh rate! And they respond really fast when you need help!

Shipping was great, arrived safe and sound, packed well. I was surprised it was shipped in the actual box showing what was inside, which if in the wrong neighborhood could be bad for the customer. Shipping paper is a good alternative to "hide" the product inside. But it made it safely and that's what matters. Got it all hooked up and tried to start the computer I got a message saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Knowing nothing of computers I was frazzled as all the reviews had stated it was plug in and go. To make it short, I contacted customer support at both Newegg and Stormcraft. Thankfully the other reviews of customer service were correct. Amazing support from Mike at Stormcraft and he guided me through the installation of everything (too many installs to name them all). Was tough for someone who knows nothing about computers, but his guidance was great, on the second call he stayed on the phone with me and talked me though step by step. I also spoke with a gentleman from Newegg customer support Brandon I believe who was also extremely helpful. Took a few days to get everything up and running but once all set up and going the computer has been great! Was a hassle but am still super happy with my purchase and still give 5 eggies. Pro's - Nice looking tower, very neat and tidy inside. Love the lights (I kept the rainbow colors) Super quiet, don't hear a peep but a soft hum. A++ on customer support Packed well.
