Packaging and shipping were great. No issues and even with a drop kick to your front door the foam padding would holdup. Wire management within the PC was clean and organized. They even took the time to bundle the excess behind the panel instead of just leaving it lying around like a bowl of spaghetti jammed between seat cushions. The CPU cooler is a pretty solid unit and held the CPU while under load at or below 62C/143F. I love the range of options for the LED controller and the fact they are in sync and not flashing in random fashion like methed up monkey flipping light switches. The 5060 8GB is a great card for the price in this build. No youre not getting Dilithium 4k UHD X-Ray video, but a quality high refresh 1080 monitor will knock your socks off. You can even get a 2k monitor and enjoy it. The included mouse and keyboard were a nice addition and honestly, at this price point for a casual gamer getting a new PC, its probably nicer than what they had. Yes, I get it, even I have a nice fancy keyboard, but I can relate that I had used a cheap Logitech wireless for many years before upgrading. Overall? Id recommend this to anyone who was needing an upgrade from a 5 year or so old PC that was a budget build back then.

Great support

Performance is great and price is a steal

1. Phenomenal performance from the PC so far and there was minimal bloatware upon startup 2. Easy setup guide 3. Included builders checklist that ensures everything is working properly 4. I actually received a Ryzen 7 9850X3D CPU and I cant complain because it is a little better than the CPU that was advertised, but this probably varies between PCs. 5. Expo was reset, but the included instructions somewhat show how to reactivate it.

Showed up a day early. Packaging kept everything in place and safe. Its ran two games flawlessly so far.

- Ordered on Cyber Monday, showed up sooner than mentioned on purchase day - Easy and fast unbox + set up - Working smooth as expected

i love the pc my first one too and it runs good i have to use ethernet for it tho

Amazing gaming experience and runs everything smoothly. The RBG is beautiful and with 16 gig vram you definitely will have smooth gameplay

High quality parts (mostly) Well-built Good customer service Quiet as a church mouse

Built solid, looks good, and no issues...very responsive!!

It is completely crazy how much bang for your buck this computer is. Great specs for rock-bottom cost. I've only had it for a few days but it's been working like an absolute dream playing games on ultra settings with ray tracing.

Runs anything on ultra. Best gaming experience ever.

This pc exceeded expectations and Tecno Canada actually shipped me a 5060 model instead of the lesser 3060 (yay, 4 DIMM slots instead of 2!). They also included a keyboard and mouse, along with a USB wifi adapter, all unexpected bonuses. Unfortunately, the 5060 model has 2 DP video ports and I need HDMI or D-Sub. They replied to my concern and will be sending me a DP-->HDMI adapter. Outstanding!

Good for its price with the current market

Runs silent and handles games like Arc Raiders at 1440 with 120+ FPS on average (DLSS On).

Was really easy to plug in and easily set up. Easily added more RAM but I highly suggest you get the 32gb version if you can :)

PC came in excellent shape. Shipped quickly and safely. RX 9700 XT is a beast GPU for its price point.
