Packaging and shipping were great. No issues and even with a drop kick to your front door the foam padding would holdup. Wire management within the PC was clean and organized. They even took the time to bundle the excess behind the panel instead of just leaving it lying around like a bowl of spaghetti jammed between seat cushions. The CPU cooler is a pretty solid unit and held the CPU while under load at or below 62C/143F. I love the range of options for the LED controller and the fact they are in sync and not flashing in random fashion like methed up monkey flipping light switches. The 5060 8GB is a great card for the price in this build. No youre not getting Dilithium 4k UHD X-Ray video, but a quality high refresh 1080 monitor will knock your socks off. You can even get a 2k monitor and enjoy it. The included mouse and keyboard were a nice addition and honestly, at this price point for a casual gamer getting a new PC, its probably nicer than what they had. Yes, I get it, even I have a nice fancy keyboard, but I can relate that I had used a cheap Logitech wireless for many years before upgrading. Overall? Id recommend this to anyone who was needing an upgrade from a 5 year or so old PC that was a budget build back then.

It was clearly labeled and easy to set up to go. I double checked the plugs and all were well fitting. 2 extra M.2 slots, so very easy to add more space.

The folks at Andomeda Insights were outstanding. The pc was so complete I just had a couple minor questions. Great to know you can get a quality gaming pc without having to build one.

Loved this choice for high mid range gaming pc. Does everything I need. No issues. Took a second to get everything updated and then disabling the useless windows tools that tried to bog down my pc.

Runs all sorts of games great. So far I've tried things like Minecraft, Stardew Valley, Fatal Frame, Devil May Cry, etc. and had no issues.

works amazingly! the RGB is beautiful and the fans are the perfect mix of volume and power to keep the system cool, runs games like a charm, bought this PC from my wife since i love and trust MSI, my first computer was an MSI laptop and i still use an MSI monitor for my own setup, 10/10 would recommend this PC and brand.

The packaging was great. Setup was easy. Documentation made assembly east. I have been running my games on ultra settings and the system does not even get hot. It does only have 1 NVME drive slot, but there are 4 SATA connectors.

Out the box process was nice , setup was nice. Games run good 1440p high settings

Nvidia's insane price hikes finally forced my hand this time, after 20 years of exclusively Intel/Nvidia builds. I swapped from a 3090RTX to this. The performance of this rig is more than enough for high/ultra quality gaming at 2/3rds to 1/2 of the price of a comparable setup. After using this I don't really see a reason to swap back, you're just paying for the name these days. Clean case in a reasonable size, very good airflow. This is the first rig I've had in years with air cooling and it's quieter than my liquid cooled rig was last time. No bloatware, just a basic Windows install the way I like it. Needed to upgrade drivers, but that was simple. Build quality and cable management was professional, cable sleeves are black as are the zip ties so it all looks very clean. It's all tied up pretty good, so you'll need to clip some zip ties if you have extra components to install that need power. Comes with a pair of SATA cables if you wanna mount some SSDs on the back.

Great packaging, super easy setup, whisper quiet.

I tried to overload it with a game running music streaming in the background, downloading and the fans didn't even spool up. This thing is a beast and just purs like a kitten. Also the tempered glass side has thumb screws you can take off easily to clean it.
