Well packaged, straightforward setup. Superb customer service: I had a small issue with Windows, and I first called Stormcraft. I immediately got a person who talked me through my best course of action and I got the problem resolved quickly. This computer runs relatively demanding games on maximum graphics at high frame rates, and does equally well with other graphically and computationally demanding tasks (such as assembling and running text recognition on a scanned book, a task that would sometimes crash Acrobat on my old computer).

My husband and I purchased this Gaming PC Desktop for our son as a Christmas gift. We can't express how happy we are because my son loves it! It was easy to setup and install and does not get hot and overheat. Truly a great purchase.

Got this on sale and was a little hesitant since the brand of GPU, Motherboard, and RAM were not mentioned. The last computer I got from a large company and they did the same and I got the lower model brands of all components and had issues with them. When the computer came it, It was all high quality brands. MSI GPU and MOBO, GSkill RAM. Everything was installed correctly and had no issues with the computer or any RGB components. Easily downloaded the software to change the RGB Lighting. Everything was easy.

I received my unit as promised. Instant shipping. Beautiful PC. Well built and thought out. The Lian Li O11 case is gorgeous and very well built. SkyTech has the best packing in the business. Overall it fits my niche and price point. It's a robust PC with lots of future upgrade possibilities. I was going to build it myself. With you guys around, there's no point. I set this up for my elderly parents (don't tell them I called them elderly). I needed something easy to understand and not too complicated as I'm their tech support and I live 200 miles away. It came on time and was packed well. I did not see any visible damage and everything worked. The wireless keyboard was wonky. @ key and " keys are marked incorrectly, see photos. I told them if they have trouble with that they can just plug in their old wired keyboard. I personally did not care for the wireless keyboard. The left Shift key is too small and I kept missing it. However, I type much quicker than they do, so it should be OK for them. Otherwise, I was happy with this purchase.
