Stunning visuals
Smaller than 4090. Very powerful.
Typical no frills design, as expected from MSI's Ventus line - No hard-lined "gamer" appearance, no RGB LEDs. This is subjective, but a plus for me. Very powerful GPU, 32 GB of GDDR7 on a 512-bit bus. Support for the latest DLSS/FG technologies. Modest factory overclock, though this is an interesting thing - reference boost clock is 2407 MHz, this card is advertised at boost clock of 2437 MHz, however I see this card regularly running at upward of 2700+ MHz while actively gaming. I'm not overclocking it at all, just the latest "game ready" Nvidia drivers. That's pretty crazy. Temps have been quite good, I don't recall seeing GPU temps go much past mid 70s on occasion under heavy gaming load, and the highest I've noticed the VRAM get was like 86c. Not bad for a 5090 on air. Smaller form factor compared to some of these other RTX 5090 behemoths out there and can be beneficial for those with chassis constraints. Even though current pricing is less than ideal, this is one of the cheapest RTX 5090 options available, as MSI's Ventus line usually is in general.
really elegant design- a little "smaller" it is still massive and heavy but maybe more accommodating to more cases dual bios powerful it is the most powerful gpu on the market it is a beast
Easy set-up Decent temperature while on huge graphic demand. Game performance is excellent although I use it with 1080p monitor. Had zero bugs or compatibility issues.
- Fast - Quiet - No issues
Quite Cool No rgb
It runs great! There are low temperatures and low fan noise. The 3 x 8-pin-to-16-pin cables never overheated during the stress test. I swapped it with the one that came with my power supply. There's no problem with it either; it looks better when cable-managed.
Works very well. Easy serup
Fantastic Cooling Abilities. Stays at 58C - 62C (Without Liquid Cooling) 99% Utilization. 32Gb VRAM is a Great Consumer Grade Start. Premium Quality Build.
As my first ever current gen card bought on launch I love this card!! If you can get your hands on one they are very nice.

Running on a 700W Gold PSU and I can run Black Myth: Wukong on Cinematic without a stutter. Have been monitoring power draw under heavy load and it is maxing out around 120W I could list all the pros, but this should speak for just how solid this card is.
The card itself is great. This is my first time buying a msi card, and so far it runs fun, the materials they use feel nice and heavy, and the temperature is below 70c when playing cyberpunk on very high setting.
Works great out of the box on a Windows 11 machine. I run multimedia applications on it, Propresenter 18, VMix, Adobe apps and do some gaming. WOT, Delta Force, Lineage 2 (I like the graphics). Power Supply recommendations is an 850. I am using a Corsair HX1000i. You need 3 separate PCIE power cables for the video card's power adapter.
has a lot of features and seems to be the best deal for the power twice the video power of a 3060 12gb looks pretty nice seems to use less power as well
In dlss enabled games all AAA games run great
- Quiet and low temps -High clocks and 16GB VRAM -Low power consumption -Feel well built -Pretty small will fit any case, Mini-ITX cases this could be to thick.
Bought this for my girlfriends budget build, tested it out, was able to run a lot of games still on max settings for 1080p. If you know your gonna stick with 1080p, 8gb model should suffice, otherwise go for the 16gb.
I went from a 3090Ti that made a lot of noise and actually made my office hot. It worked but used lots of power. To gauge the true power of this card I would need a faster display but despite that it still outperformed the 3090Ti by over 25% without frame regen. Stable card and unlike my 3090 is doesn't crash. Fast, stable and reliable pretty much sums it up
An absolute beat of a card pushing high frames on 2160p Ultra settings! Ripping with an 9800X3D
