- Looks great with customizable ARGB strip and devil logo - Excellent cooling, edge temps are rarely over 60c - Quiet - Easy to Install - High build quality
+ Price / Performance + Looks best (Gaming Trio) + Really silent and effective cooling + Cool box design
Crazy overclocker Runs cool even with two fan setup Great 1440p card that can also manage 4k Handles a large undervolt Solid value especially on sale Getting better with each driver release No coil whine so far No driver crashes Compact size
Nvidia software
Excellent mid/ upper tier GPU. It's fast and efficient with a smooth and beautiful picture. Very clean and even in OC mode I don't hear any fan noise
The vapor chamber cooler can soak up a ton of heat before fans ever need to ramp up. Most of my games have never needed the fan to run beyond the minimum speed, 1200 rpm. When you manually enable the fans, it'll drop to 2C above room temperature, like 28C. Just insane. Meanwhile, I'll open YouTube and my Ryzen CPU will randomly spike to 66C, it's a comical difference between the two. No regrets spending a little more money just to see those super low temperatures while 4K gaming on ultra, at least when I purchased the card the premium for the vanguard model wasn't much more than the other 5070. Very similar feeling to splurging on a premium heatsink for a CPU, just to see those low low temperatures.
supports all my screens
It's a white card that matches my case, and it works pretty great. I play World of Warcraft and the GPU temp runs about 45 degrees C. I have my settings maxxed out and get 60 FPS with vertical sync on, no sweat. I was a bit nervous when I ordered this as I've never heard of the brand, but this is a solid built device. Go for it. You're safe. A little advice: I'm running Win 11, and in order to prevent system crashes (freezing playing YouTube) running an AMD Ryzen 5600, I had to go to Control Panel in Windows and the Nvidia Control Panel to enable maximum power (Power Options - Enable "High Performance") so that the GPU gets enough juice. I'd recommend that you do that too. After that tweak, no problems whatsoever.
Upgraded from an rx 580, massive difference. Needed ray tracing for modern games. Card is stable, averaging over 100fps in Great Circle, card runs cool and zero issues.
-Exceptional ray tracing performance! -Stays nice and cool under load. -Awesome 1440p performance. -Decent 4K performance (with RT off). -Nice suite of features.
Handles 4k well Stays cool
Quiet Handles any game in 4k Best looking white 50 series
Pros - no coil whine/ super silent - barely any fan noise - sleek compact design - runs very cool (typically in the 50s during very long gaming sessions)
sleek compact 3 fan design, doesn't draw that much current despite being OC version.
Works well, great for 1080p 165hz gaming, cool temps leave your headroom for Oc Overall great product
Thanks, Newegg, I received my card. I assembled it and installed the latest driver + msi after the burner + bios were updated. I got +200 FPS on 4K resolution on some games; I will check other games tomorrow.
Top notch build quality & packaging. Arrived safely and undamaged. Easy to install and use. Dip switch on board for 'Silent' or 'Gaming' profiles appears to only affect fan speeds. Both settings are quiet in my opinion, and both maintain zero RPM under no load scenarios. I've kept it set to Gaming for that little bump in FAN rpm under load, and would still call it quiet. Temps leave a lot of headroom for overclocking, if that's your thing.
