Very good quality, great performance - exceptional value! The driver called ahead when he was close to ensure a smooth delivery, he was professional, careful ad friendly. The unit came with a slightly damaged package but because of the good quality packaging - the unit itself wasn't damaged. The battery wouldn't charge but an e-mail resulted in a new battery received promptly - EXCELLENT customer service and support!Unit itself ran fine on propane. I've heard louder and quieter generators. Load tested within 10% of rated (propane) output with a Greenlee amp meter.Has voltage and hour meter to monitor usage.
