I haven't had a chance to use it yet, because I just wanted to take advantage of the deal prior to tax season, but I was able to download the software, install it, and register using the key that NewEgg provided, I had no issues whatsoever. Regarding other positives with this software, if you are filing taxes for multiple people it's very nice to have the ability to file as many times as you want. You pay for the software one time which beats the brakes off of TurboTax if you have a family.
