Newegg immediately accepted a return on this controller. This unit was very nice and I'd honestly call it up to preference between it (very nice controller) and the good ol Logitech F310. The Logitech sticks are a bit behind this MSI, as are its R1,R2, L1, L2, but the D pad buttons and longevity of the Logitech are something. This is a great controller, definitely recommend at the price I paid, and it's unfortunate the unit was a bad one. Thanks, Newegg, for an overall good experience given the situation. You're a reliable company.

The joysticks are the best in the market, very smooth. The face buttons are clicky, responsive, and nice to use. The rear buttons are positioned perfectly and feel natural to use. The performance of this controller is amazing! 1000hz polling rate, Hall effect thumb sticks means zero stick drift, and yes this controller has zero stick drift. Lots of customization options in the software. The option to change the triggers from a normal trigger to instant clicky triggers is the best Ive used.

The buttons are responsive, and easy to press. The D-Pad "clicks" in place as you press each direction, which has a nice feel to it. First gamepad I've bought and it's awesome! Works flawless with my Emulator.

Great price for a controller with HE components. Build qualitie is solid, and seller was extremely helpful during purchase. Would recommend, especially if you're tired of stick drift on your standard controllers.
