It's a Lite-On

Pros: Good burner. Burns the dreaded Memorex RITEK-S04-66 so I am happy.
Cons: No Firmware updates from HP. The Liteo On version which is the Lite-On iHAS224 has had 3. Latest one on November 9th.
Overall Review: Good burner, burns DL well, have not tried cd's or regular DVDs yet but I will...
Nice board but.

Pros: Nice price nice layout.
Cons: Board does not resume from S3. Thats with the patch installed and all settings properly set in BIOS. Board hits and OC wall at 450. The board feels unfinished, perhaps a few bios updates but I don't know. DFI support blamed power supply then memory then the fact I have 2 video cards (3870 in Crossfire) My PS is a corsair 850 my mem is Corsair 1066. Both worked fine in my X38 setup. The problem is the board.
Overall Review: I hate to RMA but it is needed. I will unfortunately need to go X38 because all other X48 are out of my price range at the moment.
Excelent board worthy of the ROG name

Pros: From the bios to the connectivity this board has everything you could want on the z370 platform. Zero issues with 1003 bios. Overclocks my 8700k to 5.1 rock solid ! @ 1.34 volts. I love the RGB, its just enough without being too disco. Multiple 4 pin fan headers where you need them.
Cons: The second M.2 and the vertical install, don't like never have.
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB

Pros: works perfectly purchased 2 sets because 32gb wasnt in stock. Set XMP on Asus Formula IX bumped up to 3333, zero issues.
Cons: Lighting software sucks and after 7 months it's still beta with the last update back in May. No excuse.
Overall Review: If I could do it all over again, I would have skipped RGB and purchased lower cas sticks.
Beautiful

Pros: Looks, cable management, quiet and well built.
Cons: Top rad support, no 280mm with 5.25 bays installed. The bays should be separate where you could remove top and still use bottom for Blu-ray / DvD drive. The hard drive trays cant really be moved as they have screws that require the be placed in front of case behind fans.
Overall Review: This case is 2 or 3 steps away from being perfect. Looking forward to Refine 6.
Tried 3 this is the BEST

Pros: Best bios so far. Asrock and Asus boards both had my voltages all over the place. No ultra fast boot on Asus and poor adaptive voltage setting. Asrock had horrible EMI interference and sub par audio. Best oc was accomplished on this board 4800 on a 6700k 1.420 adaptive.
Cons: Led lights look good in red only all other colors look off or yellowish.
Overall Review: Ive been an ASUS rog fan for a long time but they really need to work on the bios for the Maximus. Asrocks board felt cheap horrible audio.
