Great replacement for the stock Intel heatsink

Noctua NH-C12P SE14 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
Noctua NH-C12P SE14 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

Pros: I have an Intel i4770k with an AMD 7950 3GB video card in a medium size tower with 6 case fans (Corsair 200R) . Prior to installing this heatsink , my CPU max temp in games like BF4 would go all the way up to 79C. The GPU max temp would be around 75C. The Noctua heatsink + Artic Silver 5 brought my CPU max down to 54C (in the winter) , while bringing my GPU max down to 64C. CPU Idle temp was reduced a good 12-15 degrees C or so.

Cons: None. Fit with plenty of space in my Corsair 200R. I have both side fans installed and could have gotten away with a larger Noctua heatsink.

Overall Review: I use Antec True-quiet fans, I could probably have better temps if I used stronger and louder fans. By the time the AS-5 settles all the way my CPU max in winter should be 52C-53C. First time buying Noctua, and I would definitely buy from them again. Very quiet heatsink. With the SSD, true quiet fans and this heatsink my PC is crazy quiet. 4 months on with no problems.

Lenovo E570 - AMAZING Deal (as configured)

Lenovo ThinkPad E570 15.6" FHD (1920X1080) Laptop, Intel Core i7-7500U, NVIDIA Geforce GTX950M 2GB Graphic Card, 16 GB Memory, 256 SSD, DVD Recordable Optical Drive, 720p HD Webcam with Mic,Windows 10
Lenovo ThinkPad E570 15.6" FHD (1920X1080) Laptop, Intel Core i7-7500U, NVIDIA Geforce GTX950M 2GB Graphic Card, 16 GB Memory, 256 SSD, DVD Recordable Optical Drive, 720p HD Webcam with Mic,Windows 10

Pros: At $860 (and sometimes cheaper else where) this configuration of the Lenovo E570 is an INCREDIBLE value: - 2.7 Ghz (up to 3.5 Ghz Turbo boost) Dual Core Intel i7-7500U Ultra low voltage processor -16 GB DDR 4 RAM -Nvidia GeForce 950M 2GB -256GB M.2 NVME SSD -DVD-RW Drive -1080p IPS display -Windows 10 - With these parts and Thinkpad build quality all for $790, it is basically impossible to say no to this laptop. - The included 256GB M.2 SSD is FAST, read speeds 3X faster than my Samsung 850 EVO. - If you get a configuration like this one that comes with the 256GB M.2 SSD only, you'll have a spare 2.5" slot to plop an HD or SSD in. I threw a 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD in. - I bought an Opolar LC06 laptop cooler which will give you 15 - 30 extra fps in most games by cooling the laptop to the point that the CPU and GPU are never throttled and are running at their maximum potential. - On Older games like the Elder Scrolls Oblivion (2006), I get 70 - 130 FPS on all Maximum settings @ 1080p. You can even run newer triple AAA titles at low-medium settings @ 1080p and still get 60 fps. - Using Steam In-Home streaming and a gaming desktop, it's possible to run modern AAA titles at maximum settings. - THIN! This laptop is thin and light for having a disc drive, it's just 08." thick when closed. - Windows 10 makes fantastic use of laptop track pads, and this is honestly the most productive I have ever felt on a laptop.

Cons: - The speakers! Ugh. You will get used to them (and use headphones), but the speakers on this laptop are abysmal. They have no bass and an almost unpleasant sound at high volumes. - If you get the Toshiba M.2 NVME SSD that shows up as 'THNSF5256GPUK' in Device Manager, test your 4K write speeds with an SSD benchmark. You'll likely notice that the speeds are sh t, this is because the device is impacted by a driver-issue out of the box. - Google 'Lenovo ThinkPad E570 Toshiba PCIe SSD Performance Issue Overview and Fix' for a video o an easy fix (the fix is to install the OC Z RD400 driver from OC Z's website via Device Manager. The RD400 is a rebadged Toshiba SSD.) - After installing the fix, the included M.2 SSD is amazing, so no stars deducted.

Overall Review: - I bought this laptop so I could use productivity software, watch content and do some light gaming on the go and while travelling. - This is the happiest I have been with a laptop in my life ✓. These specs and the Thinkpad build quality all for $860 is just unbeatable.

Beautiful external HD by Western Digital

WD 4TB My Passport Ultra Metal Edition Hard Drives - Portable External USB 3.0 Model WDBEZW0040BSL-NESN Silver
WD 4TB My Passport Ultra Metal Edition Hard Drives - Portable External USB 3.0 Model WDBEZW0040BSL-NESN Silver

Pros: - I have been a big fan of Western Digital's Hard Disk Drives for years, and products like the WD My Passport Ultra Metal Edition - 4TB are exactly why. -This is a beautifully crafted external with a silver metallic finish - It is no larger than the 2-3TB (last generation) My Passport Ultra. - Blazing fast performance thanks to USB 3.0, although like any external it is limited by the slower HD inside of it - I can finally keep ALL of my Music (70GB - 7,594 songs), Photos (23 GB - 22,400 pictures), Application installers, Documents, Drivers and video game mods (71GB) and Videos (2,150 GB - 160 movies and 1,000 TV show episodes ) on one HD

Cons: - None

Overall Review: - I have a 500GB WD MyBook from 2009 and a 2TB WD My Passport Ultra (black) from 2012. Both are still going strong! Thanks to the reliability of Western Digital products I now have triple redundancy of my post important file back-ups.

Stunning figure by Max Factory

Max Factory Nisekoi: Chitoge Kirisaki PVC Figure (1:7 Scale)
Max Factory Nisekoi: Chitoge Kirisaki PVC Figure (1:7 Scale)

Pros: - This is my first Max Factory figure and you really cannot beat the detail. - As always, a 100% PVC figure by a quality brand is a thousand times nicer than the cheaper figures. - They did a really good job with having the hair end in a blonde to pink gradient. - I promptly received my item (I didn't get a notice so I'm not sure when it was delivered, but it took less than 25 days) from the third party seller J-Subculture, the figure was brand new and sealed in box.

Cons: - None - You can find better prices via the third party sellers on a certain major online retailer (at least currently)

Overall Review: - The skirt can be removed, if you're into a different look for her.

Once you own a 1TB SSD, you will never go back

SAMSUNG 840 EVO 2.5" 1TB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7TE1T0BW
SAMSUNG 840 EVO 2.5" 1TB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7TE1T0BW

Pros: Prior to installing this, my PC was already fast. Asus Z87 Pro with EFI, Intel i4770k, 16GB RAM, AMD 950 3GB, WD 10,000 RPM HD and Windows 7. I knew that I wanted to buy a 1TB SSD because with SSDs you lose so much space between having the drive formatted and over-provisioning. The included Samsung Magician software does a great job of over-provisioning, but it takes your 932GB drive (or something like that) and leaves it with 838GB worth of free space. This is why a 512GB SSD is too small as a primary drive imo, because you are going to be left with <400GB of usable space. Anyway, this SSD made my PC FAST! Following a fresh format, it can bootup to log in screen in 10-11 seconds. Log into desktop 1-2 seconds. BF4 load times were cut from 1 minute-1 min 40 seconds to 45 seconds or less. New games like Skyrim load exceptionally fast, but old games like Oblivion, SW: KotOR II and Sim City 4 are where the speed really shines. Loading in old games is literally close to instant. Having an SSD large enough to have all of your games installed on is awesome. ESO is the only game that still takes forever to load, the rest are crazy quick. Applications like Photoshop are also incredibly quick now. Like others have said, basically everything is quick.

Cons: When I read all the reviews of SSDs on newegg, I had actually set my expectations for speed too high. Coming from a 10,000 RPM drive, it is a HUGE improvement. But it wasn't as huge as what I had built up in my head after reading all these reviews.

Overall Review: Now that I have a 1 TB main drive for Windows and 2TB external for storage, I get to use my old 500GB 10,000 RPM drive for Linux. Linux on this PC even on 10,000 RPM drive is insanely fast. I cannot imagine linux on the SSD. But who wants to put linux on their fancy SSD? :P * I was very pleased with the included Samsung Magician software. I am the type of person who would never clone a drive, and would always prefer a back up + fresh format & install. Samsung basically provided two separate software programs for each task, so I didn't have to install the drive cloning software.

Worth the money

Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000GLFS 300GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000GLFS 300GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Very fast. Noticeable increase in boot up, application launching and installation (Vista SP1 <30 minutes) when coming from a 7200.9 RPM drive with an 8mb cache. While there is still some noise at times, this is the quietest drive I've over owned.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Now that computers have gotten so cheap, the biggest bottle neck people have is the CPU, so this is a really good buy.
