Very good router
Pros: Works great with dd-wrt, I immediately switched the firmware to it before using it. Good range and throughput.
Cons: No patch cable was included
Overall Review: This is a rebranded TP-Link TL-WR841ND v7. Most recent version of dd-wrt can be found here: ftp://dd-wrt.com/others/eko/BrainSlayer-V24-preSP2/2012/10-12-12-r20119-testing/rosewill-rnx-n300rt/ (Use the factory-to-ddwrt.bin) I'm using this as a wireless access point and not a router. Directions on how to set up as an access point: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Wireless_Access_Point
Died after 4 days
Pros: Fantastic picture. Vivid brightness (level can be turned down).
Cons: Monitor died after 4 days of use. On-screen menus would not even display. I've RMA'd this back to Newegg for a replacement. I'm hoping I have better luck the second time.
Works well
Pros: I'm happy with this device. Signal from the modulator is strong enough that I don't receive interference or static when tuned to an FM empty channel. Remote is convenient.
Cons: Doesn't arrange songs by folder when using a USB drive. USB port is on the bottom of the device, so larger sized thumb drives may not fit, depending on the location of the power outlet on your vehicle.
Overall Review: Great performance from a very inexpensive device. Note that the line input on this device is 2.5mm (not standard 3.5mm), but it does come with a 2.5mm to 3.5mm short M/M cable.
