Very nice 2.5 inch hot plug bay

Pros: Easy to install drives in carriers and bay in case. Nice quiet fans, drives are cool.
Cons: None?
decently priced 2tb drive

Pros: Good cheap drive for backup raid-1.
Cons: One of them was DOA - would not even spin up. RMA in progress...
A nice open case

Pros: Quality parts, runs cool, spiffy looking :)
Cons: The instructions were not clear, but not horrible either. The biggest PITA was peeling the darn coating off.
Good fast SSD

Pros: Good fast performance (500+MB/sec).
Cons: The 830 units have a WWN (world wide number), but Samsung uses the same WWN for all of these, so you can't connect more than one to a SAS HBA without causing confusion.
Good fast SSD

Pros: Fast unit (sustained reads of 500+MB/sec). Has a WWN so I can connect it to a 6gb/sec HBA.
Cons: Pricey, but that's life.
Disappointing quality

Pros: Cheap. I needed a case for an atx server motherboard. No add-on cards, and two 3.5" HDs. This seemed to fit the bill.
Cons: The sheet metal was not engineered to proper tolerances. I could NOT get the ATX power supply to slide into place - the lip at the edge of the case was a *bit* too tight. I had to bend it up a tad with pliers to slide the PS in, and even then it did not fit all the way in straight, so only 2 of the 4 screws could attach. The HD drive bay did not want to go back on either (only 1 of the 3 screws would fit in afterward).
Bad start, good ending
Ordered two white box 2TB sata drives. One was DOA (would not even power up), the other did but any attempt to write more than a few GB to it would result in disk errors. These should not have been shipped to me, but they did make good by free replacement with sata enterprise drives.
