Pros: I buy these to resell in my store. I had been looking for several years for a reliable well built universal that is also affordable. In general it's the tips that fail. These tips make solid connections. With the Wal store selling universals at $70+ these babies move pretty quickly for a lot less.

Cons: They get warm.

Cons: RMA'd first board after a few weeks for video issues. RMA'd the second board after a few weeks for video issues. The first board would display pink no matter what video card was installed. The second board will not display anything no matter what video card is installed. Both lasted just a few weeks.

Overall Review: Had another Gigabyte board recently. RMA'd it too. Sold the replacement yesterday, today this one craps out and I have no boards. Gigabyte is off my approved list.

Pros: It came in a box

Cons: No power. Wasted way too much time troubleshooting trying to get power through this motherboard.

Overall Review: I bought this motherboard too long ago to return to Newegg. If I had seen that most of the recent reviews were 1 egg I would have chosen another board.

Pros: Customer service will politely reply and the value of that response is noted.

Cons: In the Other section I posted my original review. The person signed as: ASRock Support did not address the one issue that I needed to be addressed (Flexible USB 2.0 header for front panel is a no go). He did, however, advise me to contact his department again. To compensate ASRock for that lack of customer support I have revised my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

Overall Review: Pros: Mostly works. Cons: Flexible USB 2.0 header for front panel is a no go. Poor selection of drivers on Asrock website. No individual drivers for USB , just AMD all in one. No bios update file on website, update must be performed online from within bios. Other Thoughts: Install LAN driver from disk. Update bios from within uefi interface. Then install other drivers. They will reinstall from Microsoft when you update bios unless you update bios before you install the drivers. Pros: Lots of features. Easy to install.

Cons: Error 54. I called Biostar tech support several times but got no answer. Eventually I caught someone at another extension who entered my problem into the system and promised a call back. I'm still waiting for the return call. In the meantime searched for error 54 at Biostar's website but found no results. There was some helpful information on another manufacturer's website that indicated a RAM error. I swapped the RAM from the recommended slots into the vacant slots and it worked.

Overall Review: In the past I've had good luck with Biostar support. Not so much this time.

Pros: Can't think of any

Cons: Wasted time and money on two of these. They post but fail to install Windows. 0x0000007b errors on both boards. Tried with various CPU's and different RAM in 2 different cases.
