Works great once set up

D-Link Xtreme-N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point (DAP-1522) Wireless N300, Dual-Band, Fast Ethernet
D-Link Xtreme-N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point (DAP-1522) Wireless N300, Dual-Band, Fast Ethernet

Pros: Once this is set up, it works great. We've had it going for 6+ months now and almost forgot it was there. No reboots or loss of connectivity.

Cons: Clunky set up and instructions. On the product page, there is a virtual set up but some of the specifics seem to be left out and trial & error is needed. A lot of others appear to be having issues setting it up as well.

Overall Review: I've created created a complete tutorial for anyone interested found here: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=39740.0 Hope this helps!!!

good but...

EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: all the bells and whistles for overclocking

Cons: need to clean out the gunk under NB/SB and reapply some artic silver 5 or ceramique.

Overall Review: why does does the price for this mobo continue to rise? less than a month ago this board was around $200, now it's closing in on $250. newegg must be taking advantage of the 8800 GT's success. On another note, the supposed 780i chipset is about to roll into the market; maybe they will drop the price down then?

Best alt. to watercooling

Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0

Pros: Keeps everything very cool with great circulation. With ultra 120 extreme heatsink and Q6600, I'm getting around 23c for cores 0 and 1 and 19c for cores 2 and 3 idle @ 2.7 Ghz (almost feel like the 19c is TOO low)...this is after it is air-dusted however. The 8800 GTS 512 mb is currently at 34c with fan speed 60% (which is where it becomes audible above other fans for me).

Cons: Dust magnet to say the least, although it doesn't help that I have it on the ground on a carpet. Before I cleaned it out the temps were about 30-34c. I try to clean it out every month or so; might try the dust filters. I have the case next to my bed and the LED's were def annoying at first; especially the HDD activity light which I kept covering but you get used to it after a while so not a big deal. Also hear a very faint ticking noise when I put my ear to the lower front fan. I remember hearing this before I put everything in there and didn't think much of it...altho I got nervous after reading reviews of my HDD (HD501LJ) having click of death problems but I'm sure it's not the HDD just the fan. I'm just nit-picking; everything else is top notch and have had no problems so far.

Overall Review: There's crazy sales with this case. Price seems to go way down on holiday's. Maybe wait for V-day or something and wouldn't be surprised to see it go for $69.

Very Nice Board

EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Havent OC'd yet but will soon. Lots of options to do this. Was worried I'd get some error codes like others out of the box but didnt and seems to work great so far. Was able to have my ultra 120 extreme face out the back of the case...the metal strips holding the 120mm fan were the only thing touching the nb heatsink so just bent the metal strips a little and it fits just fine (I wonder how heat dissipation would be going out the top of my antec 900?) EVGA lifetime warranty...

Cons: TIM under nb/sb was caked on thick. removed the frosting with artic clean and applied artic ceramique...didn;t bother with the mosfets but these could be done as well (this is more of a strip anyway).

Overall Review: my first build and wanted something future proof...this seems to be it so far. Like I said no OC'ing yet but happy with my 19/20 Celsius stock Q6600 and ample head room Don't bother with the 780i coming out; it's just a 680i with some extra bells and whistles (PCIe 2.0)

Only one small issue...

Logitech G5 7 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB Wired Laser Mouse
Logitech G5 7 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB Wired Laser Mouse

Pros: Love the mouse...everything I was looking for and more. I read a bunch of reviews all over the place and this was one of the most recommended mice out there.

Cons: only one small gripe..any one else seeing this? I do some Photoshop work and use the lowest DPI setting (setpoint installed). I've found it does not track down and to the right properly on the lowest DPI setting yet works just fine on any other direction (try doing this very slowly). However, when at the windows logon screen, it does not have this issue. I believe this could be fixed with a setpoint update...hopefully soon (emailed Logitech and no response).

Overall Review: bought it when it wasn't on sale/no rebate :/

Awesome if lapped

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Heatsink
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Heatsink

Pros: works great if lapped

Cons: need to lap...machining is not the greatest
