Pros: I've used Norton for years and have always been satisfied. Installed easily if you follow the somewhat vague instructions and don't forget to create an e-mail link for your other devices.

Cons: This is a software download not a key card which means you will lose any days you have left from your current Norton installation. Recommend waiting until your last subscription day to install. Don't make my mistake, luckily I only lost 4 subscription days.

Overall Review: Excellent product but Norton's nitpicking about leftover subscription days is ridiculous considering they are getting paid for another year.

Pros: Worked almost right away. I had to rearrange connections to get my Voip phone to work.

Cons: Norton sent a message about router hacking. Checked TP-Link website, they recommended updating firmware. Downloaded the file, followed the instructions, everything went fine until the router rebooted. The screen went white no text, nothing. I called tech support and have been answering the same questions over and over, doing many of the same tests over, changing cables, change pc's, nothing will make this router work anymore. The thing is when I connect everything back up to my old Netgear wireless router every thing works fine.

Overall Review: It should be noted that the router I ordered does not look anything like the picture. I think I wasted $72, I do not think TP-Link is going to replace it even if it is still under warranty.
