Very nice PSU

ePOWER EP-550XPF 550 W ATX12V Power Supply
ePOWER EP-550XPF 550 W ATX12V Power Supply

Pros: - Went from 420 -> 550W for cheap. - 2 very quiet power fans. I can actually hear myself think now. - Plenty of cables/connections. No worries about length, running short, or anything like that. - No more "hiccups" when multiple devices are plugged into my comp. - Free shipping! (Wish they'd do more of that for video cards) - Newegg sends FAST, as always!

Cons: - Wish the rebate was instant. - Because it's so quiet, I now realize that my hard drive is pretty noisy.

Overall Review: Seems really stable! I hope it lasts for a very long time. Remember, OEM doesn't come with instructions... but to be honest, you won't need them. ; ) It does come with screws, ties, a power plug and a PCI Express power connector in a separate bag (if that helps any).

It's okay

AVG Secure VPN - 1PC / 1 Year
AVG Secure VPN - 1PC / 1 Year

Pros: -AVG is a trusted name -It works. Allows you to watch "blocked country" on YouTube; not exactly why I bought it, but it is a cool thing nonetheless.

Cons: -Patience is required. It's slow and DOES hiccup, no matter which connection you use (even during non-busy hours, let's say 2 AM). I guess lots of people have bought AVG's VPN now because it's cheap... It can sometimes take as long as a minute for the "handshake" to EACH individual site you visit (yes, I said each site). Also, if you are idle for like 3 minutes and come back to the PC, you will need another handshake, and there goes another minute before you can do anything.

Overall Review: -I hope that AVG continues to update it and work on the speed/hiccups.

Great laptop

Lenovo Laptop AMD A8-6410 4GB Memory 1TB HDD AMD Radeon R5 Series 15.6" Non-Touch Screen Windows 10 Home 64-Bit G50 (80E301Y6US)
Lenovo Laptop AMD A8-6410 4GB Memory 1TB HDD AMD Radeon R5 Series 15.6" Non-Touch Screen Windows 10 Home 64-Bit G50 (80E301Y6US)

Pros: Price (when on sale)! Quad-core. Nice Dolby soundbar. USB 3.0 port. AMD/Radeon graphics. Also has Gigabit Ethernet! (I asked both Newegg AND Lenovo in a live chat whether it had a Gigabit NIC and BOTH of them told me 100 mbps. ...They were wrong. It is Gigabit.) This is a great "fixer upper" laptop for a techie that knows their stuff!... I use this for work and upgraded to a "Pro" Windows so I could join a work server domain (I forget if it came with 8 or 10 Home, but I ditched that because I needed domain functionality), replaced the slow-as-freaking-molasses HDD with a "SSD Plus", upgraded the mem to 8GB (I have been reading reports from other users saying that it can go to 16GB, which I look forward to in the future).

Cons: Lenovo junkware they install on the laptop makes it sluggish (but I did a clean Windows upgrade anyway). Maybe the only downer is the 2.0 GHz CPU speed, but it's multi-core, so it's all good. Perhaps that's something I would want to overclock a bit at some point [shrugs].

Overall Review: I REALLY suggest putting in a highly rated SSD, upgrading the RAM, and clicking the "High Performance" Power mode. Yeah, you'll need that power brick often... but you'll be going FAST! : )

It does the job.

TP-LINK TL-WR700N Wireless N150 Portable Router, Pocket Design, Multifunction, 150Mbps
TP-LINK TL-WR700N Wireless N150 Portable Router, Pocket Design, Multifunction, 150Mbps

Pros: It works consistently, and the price was right.

Cons: It's not Gigabit, but what do you expect for the price...

Overall Review: The range is just alright. It could be better... but then again, it could be worse, too. I bought 2 of them - 1 for home and 1 for work. I am using them as Wi-Fi hotspots with an Ethernet cable plugged into the device. I must say though that I am surprised at how well the one at work is holding up... considering it's around some x-ray machines.

It's Ok.

Coboc Model SC-SATA3-18-LL-SL 18" SATA III 6Gb/s Data Cable w/ Latch, Silver
Coboc Model SC-SATA3-18-LL-SL 18" SATA III 6Gb/s Data Cable w/ Latch, Silver

Pros: - "Ok."

Cons: - My main PC actually FAILED to boot with this cable plugged in (mobo is a ASRock 970 Extreme 2.0) - tried all the ports. But whatever... It works in a friend's computer. I traded cables with her, so everybody's happy. ; )

Overall Review: - I would say don't buy this if you have a ASRock 970 Extreme mobo.

Great fun

Dragon Quest Heroes PlayStation 4
Dragon Quest Heroes PlayStation 4

Pros: - It's a fun game... If you like the Dynasty Warriors series / Kingdom Hearts series / Gauntlet series, this is the game for you, as it is quite similar to those titles. - I like how non-player controlled Heroes will go after hordes of monsters scattered on the sidelines and such, so that you can focus on the main/plot hordes in front of you. - The music is good. - Game went on sale for a great price. Newegg sent fast. - The "Day One" digital content was already WAY expired (yes, it has an expiry date!), but I tried anyway for the heck of it and was still able to redeem it successfully on PSN. : )

Cons: - You are somewhat limited to what you can do in this game. I kind of wish I had more options. - The "Day One" content is just slime equipment... really?... (whoop... de... do... lol). - If you're expecting a JRPG, you are going to be pretty disappointed.

Overall Review: - I really think younger gamers will appreciate this title more than veterans of the series. - There is a ALREADY a sequel heading to the U.S. soon. You might be very tempted to just wait for that one...
