Pros: I had no problems installing my system into this case. The fans provide a ton of air, and are relatively quiet. And, I like the blue LED lights (I was afraid they would light up the room into one big, bright, blue strobe. They don't). Drive bays made for simple installation. And don't worry, that black plastic thing snaps on and off.

Cons: Make sure your power supply has power cords that have some length. Remember, your PSU will be at the bottom and your CPU power insert is probably at the top of your Mobo. My Cool Master 650 did just fine, but I was worried. And, get ready to do some dusting on a regular basis.
