Immaculate. Just Incredible.

Pros: Single rail, single rail, single rail! Back when PSUs were arcane, this was a slightly dangerous option. Now that it's hard to make something catch on fire anymore, this is the best thing you can do for your top-end rig. This is a T1 PSU for an affordable price. Great power distribution, amazing efficiency, superior cooling. Do yourself a favor and buy this PSU!
Cons: None
Best CPU Cooler Around

Pros: Set my radiator in a push/pull intake in the HAF X 942. After 24-hour load tests on my overclocked i7 2600K, I was amazed to see the highest temperature at 53C. This thing is incredibly effective at cooling the CPU (and ambient case air based on the sensors on my fan controller), and equally as incredibly quiet. I would recommend this unit to any overclocker in a heartbeat.
Cons: The only con I can think of is the installation manual... It's mediocre at best. There were several times that I just had to figure out what to do because the manual is nearly worthless. Also, be careful to research others' experiences with this unit in your case. Corsair didn't include the proper screws for me to get this in my HAF X 942, but this is something I could have found out if I did just a bit more research than I did.
Overall Review: The fin array on the radiator doesn't have water lines. If you have to bend a few fins to get it safely in your case, don't fret too much.
Definitely compares...

Pros: Stands up to the E8400 and might even be a better overclocker.
Cons: None apparent.
Overall Review: The E8500 is definitely nicer, but that's to be expected.
Faster than Light!

Pros: Screaming fast CPU. OCed to 4.0 GHZ. Simply amazing.
Cons: None apparent.
Overall Review: Might just be my limited tech knowledge, but BIOS reads stock frequency at 3.0. OCed it to 4.0 though and temps are still phenomenally low.
