Pros: This motherboard WILL TAKE ZAMBEZI, NO BIOS UPDATE NEEDED As usual asus rocks
Cons: the color? .. i guess ...
Overall Review: It has usb3 and even a usb slot to force your bios reset in case of a power shutdown while updating it. As stated before it does take the zambezi without you updating its bios. It is a nice board for the money and should be considered while building a medium-high gaming computer.
Great but ............
Pros: It's cheap ... it's effective ...
Cons: If your deaf ... this may work for you but not for my client. The fan was making a strange noise .. after investigating (switching fans ect) i found out that the actual board was emitting an HIGH PITCH noise from the fan controller socket (somewhere near it) anyhow, the 4th fan wire connector is the problem.
Overall Review: RETURNED FOR RMA / REIMBURSEMENT NEWEGG rocks ... been doing business with them for years and this free rma is why i will always buy here instead of anywhere else. Ill give it a 3 stars ... because it's indeed a good board .. but with all the struggle i have to go through .. i will not be buying gigabyte soon again.
You though you knew "big" ...
Pros: It's big It's well though It got storage space for DAYS It's not that heavy
Cons: Front panel isn't compatible with my MSI motherboard it seems (rgb controller) It comes without any fans
Overall Review: It's big ... I mean, it really is! It's well though, simple things like how the tempered glass is sliding into places or how they added built in cable management in the back! Everything seems to be addressed. Storage space .. I mean.. stackable hdd? Stackable SSD? Back SSD slots? that thing is crazy! Surprisingly, it is not that heavy... for the cheer size of it at least!
Not up to specifications.
Pros: It is beautiful and very elegant. Motherboard and backpanel + Power supply fits well in place. No flimsy virations.
Cons: Can't properly fit a graphic card. (Ventus RTX2060 .. ) Had to pry a ledge where the pcie ends to fit the card in ... which is ... kinda weird but that wouldn't bother me if only it was just that. The actual side panel (tempered glass) does not allow for proper clearance of the GFX connectors ... you have to either srew on the panel and apply pressure on the 6pin connector OR only tight bot top screws and leave the bottom ones open. It is ridiculous.
Overall Review: Because of the standard GFX problems, i can only throw in 2 eggs. I'd have to return the whole thing to get a replacement ... but after working two hours to build the pc it is just not worth it. Side not, I've always been a Rosewill Fan, but this incident makes me question where the company is going!
