Kinda surprised it works.
Pros: Decent price, USB 3.0 speeds, usb-c port, and micro sd card support.
Cons: SATA power pin is a little flimsy. Could do with some adhesive or potting glue on the sides or back.
Overall Review: Took a while to get here but it's a 'First From Asia' product. Double check your boards - I only had one USB 3.0 header and had to sacrifice the other two ports built into my case.
Mixed bag
Pros: - Cheaper (in cost) than other x570 boards - 8 SATA ports - Relatively stable once operational.
Cons: I don't even know where to begin. - It was on a bios version that was supposed to support 3000-series CPUs out of the box. It didn't. Thankfully I was able to boot with my old 2700x and update the bios. - It won't run my ram at it's rated speed (3600), 3400 works fine though. - It has weird issues POSTing. Most of the time it boots fine, but sometimes it power cycles once or twice before fully booting. - Inserting ram resulted in crunchy/sandy noises I wasn't a fan of. Only one side of ram has locking/moving tabs - the other side is static.
Overall Review: Eh? Pretty underwhelming board. The 8+4 CPU pin is odd, some boards don't have the extra 4pin. No front-panel USB C connector, which is fine. My case doesn't have front panels. Just enough fan headers. Another one or two built in would've been appreciated but wasn't needed for my case. On ASUS' website, the bios seems to be updated very frequently. I don't know if this is a good or a bad thing.
Fixed transient power spike issues at a great price.
Pros: Good price, didn't get a lemon thankfully. Comes with everything you need.
Overall Review: I purchased this when there were no reviews but I needed a cheap new power supply that could handle a 3080TIs random transient power spikes. They were causing my pc to shut down abruptly and required the 3080TI to be underclocked/undervolted severely to play most modern games. The card uses 2x 8-pin, not the newer worse standard. The number of reviews now posting about getting lemons is a bit alarming. So far I have not had any issues.
It does what it's intended to do - and well!
Pros: Cheap, decent finish, came with screws I didn't need. Works as intended!
Cons: None.
It works.
Pros: Does what it's supposed to do. Stays cool.
Cons: As another review stated, it's quite light. Best to put some sticky tape or something on the base and stick it to the wall or desk.
Overall Review: With several cables (4/5 filled) it sits fine without anything to hold it down. Didn't see a reason to dock an egg for it's weight.
Good speeds, great price.
Pros: Reaches specified speeds, reasonable price even when not on sale. I bought this for my Drift HD Ghost. It works flawlessly in 1080p/30 and 720p/60. I was using a Class 4 card before and experienced some slowdown and issues when the card reached full capacity. Not with this guy though, this one runs good till it's completely full.
Cons: Not enough to deduct any eggs, but someone from lasership left a rather large bootprint on my package, right where the card was sitting when it arrived.
Overall Review: Again, disappointed by lasership on the delivery and bootprint. I don't often buy Kingston, but when I have, what I get is reliable and of good quality. Another review stated they're using the card with a GoPro. I got this card after looking through several, searching for anyone posting about GoPros, Drifts, or Sony Action Cams.
