Cons: - Not cheap at the time of purchase - Boot-up times could be better/faster - Bottom PCI-E 4x 4.0 slot doesn't recognize my U.2 Samsung Drive (had to use M.2 To U.2 adapter from the CPU M.2 top Slot) - 2nd M.2 slot shares bandwidth with the top PCI-E slot (along with the 2nd PCI-E slot)

Overall Review: For the price, it's a great motherboard, and I would buy again even though the price is a little steep. I needed a motherboard that would support my U.2 NVME drive and this worked (even though it didn't work off the chipset, not sure if this is an AMD problem or MSI problem) I got it to work, so thats what matters most.

Pros: I bought this card the minute they went live on newegg for order (I woke up at 3am for this thing) and they sold out fast! Coming from a GTX 780 this thing is a dream, you get like double the performance. Nvidia is always releasing drivers for the big new games and this card runs them all perfectly Runs all my games maxed out and even lets me supersample games so they look even better! Runs cooler than the stock cooler cards do Stock overclock is nice Build quality on the backplate and the cooler is top tier quality, looks really slick with the LED light too

Cons: It's sad that $650 is the new standard price now for the best bang for the buck GPU these days Wish it overclocked more (I got an extra 100mhz out of the GPU past the stock factory overclock) Runs hotter than the GTX 780 did so I had to buy a new fan for the side of my case

Overall Review: Great card if you are a gamer with the budget to get a card like this, I upgrade my GPU every two years with cards like these so they last a good while for the gamer that needs the best of the best, I dont expect to replace this card now till 2017. If you can afford this card, buy it now!

Pros: I have owned this motherboard since last September and I only had issues for the first few months, and ever since the F9 BIOS it as been pretty much flawless (once in a blue moon I get a BOOT failure and it goes straight to the BIOS, but I think that has to do with my RAID setup) its not perfect, its pretty close though. This board comes with pretty much everything you might need on a motherboard and then some, and it screams quality, I love the feeling and look of this board. My last motherboard was a Z77 G1 Sniper, I paid about the same for that board as I did for this board and I still am impressed with Gigabyte's quality, I always recommend them to my friends and family. Love the LED lights everywhere and even on the I/O Shield Just a great overall motherboard for the X99 platform

Cons: No USB 3.1 support, but it was a first gen X99 board and no board back then had 3.1, that's a 2015 thing (I dont understand why Gigabyte has not refreshed their X99 like Asus has with 3.1) It was a pain with the earlier BIOS releases back in 2014 but now with 2015 it's running well Random hickups when cold booting where the system will just randomly enter the BIOS (maybe the latest Beta BIOS fixes this, idk) I wish Gigabyte would release more stable BIOS releases instead of these Beta BIOS releases all the time, the last Stable release came out in January (F9) the last Beta release came out in September though.

Overall Review: DDR4 was expensive when I bought this board back in 2014 ( I paid 3x of what it costs right now I recommend using DDR4 2400mhz Gskill 1.2v RAM with this board, it works flawlessly I will probably keep this board for many years
