Pros: Great price. Easy install. Fast shipping. Tray for bay mounting. I bought this on a Tuseday night and it was at my door by 3PM Friday! Increased my boot time significantly. Had an old Black caviar 16k cache on a 6 core cpu it always seemed to be running. My boot time, from push button went from 5 min to just over 2.. Im Happy

Cons: Maybe just me but they need a better way of informing you WHERE the 13 digit software key is. Says in the paperwork "Enclosed in the SSD packaging" Its on the bottom of the drive. So get that code off BEFORE you install it....&%@#...lol No other Cons yet

Cons: When stand is put on it it is wobbly. After 1 1/2 year it will only come on with a grey/white screen. Gave 3 eggs for the poor customer service

Overall Review: After contacting ASUS for a RMA i was told to ship it to them at MY cost. I may be mistaken but i thought the warranty info said. THEY PAY BOTH WAYS....I was Never offered Rapid Replacement as warranty advertised. SO you will pay for something they say they will pay for. and wait for it to come back...whenever

Overall Review: My cell phone company charged me $xx for one, can you say REFUND? One place had them on sale for $xx after xx rebate. I got 2 shipped to me for just 0ver $xx. They work great
