Pros: Came with a DVDRW drive. Brand new OS installed. Had to enter the Product Key from the sticker on top of the case. Added 12 GB of Kingston Value Ram to this, for a sleek machine. Nice sized hard drive for anyone who does not download movie or photo files, and just streams.

Cons: You need the knowledge on how to enter the BIOS if you use a dedicated USB drive. The BIOS Legacy does not look beyond the USB drive and won't boot. ESC gets you in, and the Legacy Boot Order can be changed. The SATA hard drive needs to be before the USB floppy.

Overall Review: Would not subtract any eggs for having to adjust the boot order. Evidently, the OS was installed from a USB drive, which was why the boot order called for the USB floppy before the SATA hard drive. This probably could have been handled with a different option, rather than actually putting the USB floppy before the SATA hard drive. Then I wouldn't have had any problems.

Pros: It was easy to set up.

Cons: While I have plenty of technical knowledge with computers and wireless internet items, I have no experience with today's modern ethernet equipment. I was unable to understand the instructions for the Quick Setup, which was supposed to be easy. So, the instructions were unclear, and I was unable to finish a two-step setup process.

Overall Review: I wanted this router based upon many good reviews. I wanted a dedicated hard-wired unit for my VoIP phone, to keep the wireless activity of the computers from disturbing the phone unit. Newegg granted an RMA based on my inexperience, which I was grateful for.

Pros: I use these for my passwords. Very handy.

Overall Review: I purchase these again from time to time for gifts to give to my friends.

Pros: Went through the setup well. My existing printer was compatible with this laptop computer.

Overall Review: I definitely would recommend this laptop to other people.

Cons: The email response directed me to Microsoft, which ignored the Home version of Office, and redirected me to Microsoft Office 365, which is an annual subscription. So, in addition to the price here on Newegg, I also had to shell out at Microsoft's website.

Overall Review: If I had thought about it, I would have only ordered Microsoft Word

Pros: Great chair. Padded armrests. Easy to assemble.

Overall Review: I do recommend this product to others.
