Pros: I wanted DDR3 and a Quad-Core processor. This board runs smooth, is cheap and has been very stable. Warhammer Online runs silky smooth w/ GTX260 Q8200 quad core and 2 gigs of DDR3.

Cons: RAID 0 setup required a PS/2 keyboard, didn't support my USB keyboard. Can't run RAM higher than CPU FSB so my 1600MHz ram runs at 1333. Emailed ASRock about this, they said I would need a 1600MHz FSB CPU to run RAM at 1600MHz.
