Cons: Came with Win 8.1 Not Win 10 home. No documentation to address this issue and a net search shows this is a pattern with ASUS refurbs, not an isolated incident. And ASUS, do not bother with a prepared email claiming assistance. It is not worth your or my time.

Overall Review: A great pat on the back to Newegg Cust Service as they worked with me to address this and not only came up with a acceptable solution but resolved it in about 12 minutes. Little wonder I have been a customer since the name change. Keep it up.

Overall Review: I was pleasantly surprised at this case. Mounted Asus z170s, sky 6700k, 32gig mem. 500 samsung ssd, corsair 100 240mm liquid cooler and 850 fsp power supply. Everything fit fine and temps are in low 30s . I will purchase again and recommend this case strongly. You will not be disappointed.
