Can't go wrong

Pros: Awesome drive for just dumping all your movies or disc images onto. As you well may know by now this isn't something one would use with high performance in mind. Ideally it is just for storage but despite the tech site reviews I'm still impressed with its responsiveness and speed. Incredibly quiet as well.
Cons: None! Unless you're looking for screaming performance under high loads.
Hub is NOT self-powered

Pros: None
Cons: The hub I received did not make use of the power adapter at all, it was completely bus powered and not self powered. There was no power if the power adapter was plugged in but I left it hooked up anyhow just in case. I couldn't even charge an Android phone, 3rd generation iPod, and have a USB flash drive connected. Now, if any of these devices started to transfer data via USB the entire hub would crash repeatedly until you powered it down and unplugged everything. I tried to RMA it but they claim they didn't receive the hub but somehow received the USB cable and power adapter that were packaged in the box with it. My first unpleasant experience with NewEgg. I hope it isn't a trend.
Overall Review: This USB hub was needed for work so I was in a pinch, I went and bought an Inland 7-Port USB hub at Micro Center instead: SKU 400424 / MFG 384776. I can charge various devices, have multiple USB flash and HDD drives hooked up and it works fine.
Need an HTPC keyboard/mouse? Get this.

Pros: Need some sort of input device for your HTPC beside a remote? Shut up and get this. It takes some getting used to the actual key layout but otherwise it is perfect.
Cons: None!
So far so good...I think?

Pros: Using this in an 8TB RAID5 array (6TB usable) on a HighPoint 2320 and it has been ok so far. Added space as needed.
Cons: It initially installed and added to the array just fine. However since then it was had to repair 18 bad sectors on the disk. It was installed on 97/2012. 1 bad sector on 10/15/2012. 14 bad sectors on 11/4/2012. 3 bad sectors on 11/26/2012. Obviously I haven't noticed these while using the system but only knew because I have the RAID management software setup to text and email me on any errors.
It works

Pros: Used it to put a USB dongle/receiver for a wireless keyboard for my HTPC in a better spot. Works as expected.
Cons: None.
Works as expected

Pros: Had the Big Ten basketball tournament streaming online, waited for a commercial break, powered up the switch, moved all the cables from my old switch to the new one, and didn't notice a hitch with anything online.
Cons: None as far as I can tell.
