Overall Review: I can't believe people are having such a hard time with this tuner. I bought 1 for a win 7 machine and it worked fine in WMC, I liked it so well I bought another 1 for a Vista machine and it worked fine in WMC. I installed the included software and found out I would rather watch TV using the software program verses WMC because I can take a snapshot of a single frame and it's saved as a JPEG in my pictures and I can record FM radio and it's saved in my music file as a WMA file, it don't get no better than that, I can live with the remote just being a paper weight.

Pros: Both side panels on mine fit real nice, has lots of mounting screws.

Cons: The only thing I would change is how the 3 1/2 inch external drive mounts, it only has screw holes on 1 side, the other side has little tabs that hold nothing. I did bend 1 tab down a little bit and got 1 screw in on that side, now the card reader is nice and tight.

Ashford sent me a non working watch they wanted me to run around and try and get it fixed, now they keep delaying to sent a return shipping label. I wish Newegg would weed out the rotten eggs on their web site.
